Easter

We had a great Easter this year! We did all kinds of fun things. This is Brielle at an Easter party hunting for eggs.

 Here is Liam with a mouth full of treats from the eggs he found.

This is the darling outfit my parents got Brielle for Easter. You can't see it, but there are bunny ears on her hood.

 We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather for my Easter party. We had over 30 kids come and hunt eggs in the park in front of our house.

 Here is Brielle enjoying the treats from her eggs. She says mmmm every time she puts one in her mouth.

They both ate too many sweets that day. I had to hide the rest of the candy during nap time. 

The day before Easter the city hosted an Easter party in the park. This is Brielle playing a bean bag toss game.

This is Liam with an Easter frog.

Here we are with the Easter Bunny. Brielle did not want to sit there.

Liam was happy to see him. He told the bunny that he would like a yo yo for Easter.

Here we are getting ready for the egg hunt.

They both got a ton of eggs.

Here we are dying Easter eggs. Liam kept singing about how fantastic it was to dye Easter eggs. Brielle loved it too!

That night we put our baskets, the eggs and a carrot on our front porch for the bunny to find.

On Easter morning we found our Easter baskets hidden in the playroom filled with toys and treats!

Liam got his yo yo he wanted. He hasn't set it down yet!

We did an egg hunt inside, then when our parents came over we did another egg hunt outside.

We even found carrot shaped eggs in our garden. Some were filled with bubbles.

We also had a Golden Egg hunt! At the end of it we found some jelly beans and a new bubble blower! It was the best Easter yet! It was very memorable.
