Play Room & More

Here are a bunch of pictures from the last month. They should give you a good idea of what we have been up to.

 We had another snow day. This time we had enough to make a big snowman in our front porch.

This is Liam and a neighbor making snow angels in the big field across the street.

We took Liam rock climbing with a couple of our friends. He really enjoyed it.

Liam recently started swim lessons. He absolutely loves it! It is going much better than last year. 

Grandpa & Grandma got some baby chicks. Liam named his Chicky Hollow.

Liam was the Star of the Week at preschool! This is the first project he has done. He was very proud!

Here it the attic project we have been working on since December. Basically, Graham and my dad turned our attic into a playroom.

Here are the final pictures! So happy to have it down. It is adding 384 sq ft to our house and over 300 sq ft of storage. We even have a little stage for the kids to perform on. We are so happy to get all of the boxes of Brielle's room.

Graham made the Dream sign. It adds a lot of color to the room. 

For St. Patrick's Day we set up traps to catch some leprechauns.

The next morning this is what they did to our house! They messed up everything. Unfortunately we didn't catch any this year, but they did leave us a pot of chocolate gold coins.

Snow Day

We finally made it to the snow today! We were determined to go before the end of the season. We drove out to Union Creek where they have a great field with lots of sledding hills. Liam was so happy to be in the snow. We got all bundeled up and played for an hour.

Brielle enjoyed being pulled in the sled.

Liam made his first snow angel.

Liam said his favorite part was sledding. He even went down the hill by himself!

Brielle went down a small hill by herself. She just laid on her back and smiled.

Liam loved making a snowman. We brought along some cute snowman decorations I got earlier this year. He was very happy with his new friend.

Valentine's Day

This year I threw a Valentine's Day party for Liam and a few of his friends. We decorated mailboxes.

Then we passed out all of the Valentines. Liam was soooo happy to get them, especially the candy.

This is a picture of Brielle on Valentine's Day.

On Valentine's Day Liam had a party at school. He got to have donuts and eat lots of candy. He loved opening his mailbox when he got home.

He checked out each card and treat.

His favorite candy was a fun dip. I used to love those when I was little.

On Valentine's Day the kids had a surprise at the front door from us.

They each got a mailbox with treats inside and a balloon attached to the flag.

Lot's of fun this year. It just keeps getting better!

Bridal Shower & Trip to LA

We went to LA recently to throw my girlfriend a bridal shower. Here are some pictures of the party. We played the game where you make bridal dresses out of toilet paper. They turned out quite cute!

She got a lot of great gifts.

This is Jessica, Mayra and me. We all went through college together.

I am excited to be the made of honor in Jessica's wedding this summer. We have been friends since 4th grade.

Graham and the kids went with me too. They stayed at our friend's house and played while I threw the shower. They have 3 kids, so everyone had a lot of fun. It was great spending the weekend with them. Unfortunately I didn't take any picture ):

We also got to go and visit our friend who had just had a baby. Liam was tired, so he squished himself behind her couch pillow and fell asleep!

It is always fun holding a new baby. He was so tiny and cute.

Birthday Week

The start of my birthday week was fun. I taught the 2nd session of my Extreme Couponing class. I had 27 people attend. I will be teaching over 10 different classes this spring around the Rogue Valley.  I started a new blog with all of my class info. If you can think of anyone who would be interested in attending.

This is a really cute picture of the kids having a tea party at the new princess table we got for the playroom.

For my 29th birthday Graham took the morning off of work and we spent time together while my parents watched the kids. We went to breakfast and lunch. We walked around stores and got to relax. It great! That night we went to dinner at a Teppanyaki Grill.

They wrote Happy Birthday with a picture of a panda bear in salt for met.

Then we went home and had ice cream cake and opened presents. It was a great day! 

One of my birthday presents included some of our best friends Megan and Chad coming up to spend the weekend with us. On Saturday we all went out to dinner with my family at Olive Garden then came back to our house for ice cream cake and presents. 

All of the kids had fun helping me open up presents.
