Brielle's 1st Birthday

Here is our 1 year old princess! She is all dressed up for her party.

She is a very happy little girl. Here she is holding a sunflower from our garden. We are setting up for her birthday party at the Jacksonville water park.

Here are the cupcakes I attempted to make for her birthday. The frosting didn't work out. They tasted good, they just didn't look great.

Here is Brielle eating her first cupcake. She mostly poked at it.

Liam really enjoyed helping her open her presents.

She loved opening up her new toys.

She loves to look at all of the animals in this book.

I'm excited we are getting some pink toys in the house.

Her is Brielle eating a cupcake on her actual birthday.

She wanted to eat it with a spoon. She did a good job eating this one. I put whip cream on top of it instead of frosting.

Graham's 30th Birthday

This is Graham holding the box that Liam and Brielle made for his birthday.

We are ready to eat some delicious ice cream cake.

Here is Brielle running around with daddy's birthday money. She is learning early.

So I threw Graham a surprise party this year. Some of his friends from high school came up to join in the surprise. We hit his truck with water balloons and silly string when he was on his way home.

In the spirit of The Office, our niece Lindsay put some of Graham's things into a jello mold for his birthday.

My dad and our friends Sara and Devon were nice enough to cater the event for us. We had ribs, tri tip, bbq baked beans, corn bread, corn on the cob and more. It was delicious.

I made Graham a chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting. He said it is his new favorite!

These guys all pole valuted together in high school. Thank you guys for coming to his party. We had a great time with you.

We ended up staying up late and having a lot of fun together.

Liam's First Day of Preschool

Liam started preschool 2 days a week. This is him opening his new backpack we got him. He was very excited about going to school.

Here he is getting ready to go in. He picked flowers from our garden for his teachers. His class is great. He has 2 teachers and only 11 kids in his class. He happily went inside and started playing. He didn't get clingy or cry.

He had a great first day. He said he played with playdough, played outside, learned about the letter A and played toys. I think that school is going to be great for him. I look forward to seeing how the year unfolds.

Cute Pictures

For Graham's 30th birthday the kids and I had our pictures taken in Jacksonville as a surprise. We gave them to daddy for his birthday. They turned out really cute so I wanted to post a few to share.

Wildlife Safari & Bandon

For our 5 year anniversary we decided to go on a family vacation. Here we are at the wildlife safari park. It is a drive through experience where you can go at your leisure and watch the animals roaming around. We had ostriches come up to our windows and peck at them. Liam loved it!

Here is Liam peeking his head out of our sunroof. I finally found a good reason to have one!

Here are 2 bears sleeping 5 feet away from us.

Liam has been wanting to see an elephant for a year now. So this was one of the highlights for him. I highly recommend this wildlife park to anyone.

Here we are in Bandon, OR on the pier. We were there during their wind festival. Liam is flying a kite he made.

Bandon has a great little downtown with lots of stores. We stopped in the candy store and let Liam pick out his own bag of treats.

Here we are at the Tide pools.

Here is Brielle eating a sandwhich.
The beach was our favorite part of the trip. We had a private beach access at the hotel we stayed at.

The beach was beautiful. There are a lot of rolling sand dunes. Liam found a little fort someone made out of driftwood. We played at the beach a lot on our trip.

They both loved rolling around in the sand.

Brielle didn't eat as much sand as I thought she would. She put her face in the sand a few times, but she mostly just picked it up and dropped it.

I love this picture of our little Superman!

Brielle loved picking up sticks and poking them in the sand.

Here are the boys running away from a wave.

Brielle all bundled up playing at the beach.
